Metropolitan Police FC and Brazil United Match

ABRAS and Metropolitan Police are organizing a friendly football match. They intent to bring 11,000 people together. The event is directed towards the Latin American community. There are very nice fields around the pitch where activities for the families and children will be held. FLAME (Friends of Latin American Expression) is helping organizing these activities. Nice tents and a stage will be available to companies and individual artists to promote their activities for families

We are inviting your company to join this massive event.

You only need to fulfil the requirements below:
Your company must have activities related with sectors or countries of the Latin American community (schools, media, church, community centres, artists and so on)
The organizers will check and vet companies for materials conflicting with the aim of the event to promote a better understanding between the parties.
In case the number of companies exceeds the event’s allowance a selection will be carried on by FLAME and ABRAS. preference will be given to companies offering activities.

You have the opportunity to promote you company in the event:
Advertising, registering new members, selling products (except food and drinks) and/or offering activities to the families (mainly the children) participate in the event.
